All knitting is done by Susan, a stay-at-home mom who loves to knit, knit, knit! "I learned how to knit from another parent while my daughter was taking a Kindermusik class a few years back. I love to knit - it's relaxing and fun. It definitely helps pass the time when sitting through 2 hour baseball games for my son! It brings me joy to see a baby or young child in something unique and fun!"

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are typically filled in 5-7 days. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS. We will consider rush orders (2nd Day Priority, or Overnight) for an additional fee.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We guarantee 100% satisfation! Should you not be happy with your hat for any reason, upon receipt of your hat, we will glady refund your money or provide you with a new hat. If you are not happy with your hat, we do ask that you notify us within 48 hours of the receipt of your hat.

Can you wash the hats?
Yes. All hats are 100% cotton. Hand wash in cold water. Let air dry.

When are your Christmas Holiday products available?
We try to have the upcoming holiday products on our Web site by Thanksgiving but we will be glad to make any holiday product throughout the year.

Safety Note:
Boy and neutral hats have small buttons sewed into the top of the hats. They are very secure and triple-knotted, but could present a choking hazard if removed.
